1.00 OFFICIAL ROWEB COUNTER-STRIKE LEAGUE/TOURNAMENT FORMATThe tournament/league will consist of all teams playing each other.
Scoring will be calculated by win,draw or a loss.
Matches will be played under maxrounds.
A win for the team with most rounds collectively accumulated over the 2 halfs of the match.
A draw for equal rounds collectively accumulated over the 2 halfs of the match by both teams.
And a loss being quite obvious.
The winner of the league will be the team with most points overall,if by the end of the
league/tournament 2 teams are tied for points,there will then be a playoff between
both teams.
1.10 POINTS.
A win : 2 points.
A draw : 1 point.
A loss : 0 points.
A bonus point will be given to the winning team if the opposing team does not score a round in either half of the match.

1.20a Game Definitions:
Match :- Two games played with each team playing a half match as Counter-Terrorists and the other half as Terrorists.
Half :- One 20 minute map session. 2 halves equal a Match.
Round :- One 4-minute cycle on a map. (A server setting.)
Maxrounds :- One half with a total number of rounds (A server setting),no timelimit,when 6 rounds have been played,teams will swap sides.
1.20b The following maps may be used for all matches. Each League Round will use one map randomly assigned to each leg of the league/tournament drawn out of a hat or something along those lines.

*maplist may change pending the amount of teams participating,if there is 7 or less
entrants, DE_ maps will be used,more maybe added if there is a higher number

1.30c Default player models must be used by all team members, any player using enhanced/colored models will result in a forfeit loss for their team. Client side weapon skins will be relaxed as they are not an
advantage in any way,custom sniper crosshairs are deemed unfair.
1.40d Each team will consist of 5 players. Each team must select a name for their team
and also appoint a team captain to represent the team.
1.10e The team starting side is chosen by a knife fight at the begining of the match.
